What Is A Burning Red Blotch At The Base Of Calves Suggestive Of?
at the base of my calves on the inside of each leg, I have developed a red blotch. It is hot to the touch and occasionally I have pains shooting from it and it also hurts to the touch with a burning sensation, what is that? I have just finished taking amoxicillin for a sinus infection.

This is called erythema nodosum as a result of amoxicillin.Discontinue drug and apply moderately potent steroid.
