What Is A Medicine Used For Sleep Aid That Begins With A T?

I used to take a medicine that began with a t for a sleep aid about 7-10 yrs ago. Any idea what that may have been. It was a round pill and I only needed to take half of a pill. I would go to sleep just fine and didn't have any groggy feeling when I awoke.

The drug which you were describing could be a tab trica 0.5mg.
