What Is Causing Chest Pains Along With Palpitations And Dizziness?
i have chest pains but when i had the 2d echo mitral valve leaflets if thickened and the result is in grade 1 dyastolic dysfuntion. and ECG in sinus rythm in normal limits. still palpitation and dizziness and heartburn comes from time to time..thank you..

It could be GERD/acid reflux. You will benefit from antacids taken for a week or so. Some more info in terms of age and co morbids is required though.
