Hi, welcome to our site. I am Dr Saumya Mittal, MD.
Read your query. That is a very significant question and i appreciate your problem. I will try my best to answer your query
I am assuming from the query that you have had no other medical issues like
diabetes and
thyroid disorders, and since you have mentioned, do not have any symptoms like
fever.
I would think that maybe the medicines you are taking are causing the problems. Since you have not mentioned the name of the medicines, i cannot be sure.
Many bp medicines cause slowing of the heart, called beta blockers. In some circumstances the low
heart rate becomes too low and therefore causes symptoms like
vertigo,
nausea, and cold sweats. Others like diuretics may loose you fluids and electrolytes including sodium resulting in the symptoms.
I would therefore suggest that you have your blood pressure and heart rate checked again. A check of KFT would be a good option too.
The stopping of the
estrogen may cause some late symptoms too, and therefore I would suggest you meet your gynecologist again to start it in a small dose and discontinue it more slowly
I hope this helps you. Inform the reports mentioned above/if any other so I can be of help further.
I have given you the answer to the maximum considering the information provided. The results of the tests could further enhance my answer to you.
