Pulmonologist 's  Response
You are having many issue that can cause shortness of breath. COPD seems most common cause for your problem. The other important thing os fluis around heart (pericardial effusion). For COPD you should consult pulmonologist and start treatment in the form of pulmonary rehabilitation and therapy in the form of long acting beta 2 agonist and corticosteroids. For pericardial effusion consult cardiologist.
