What Is Causing Loose Stools And Soreness And Itchiness In Back Passage?

My stools have been very loose for approx 2 months. Sometimes it can be like jellified. My father suffered from bowel cancer and I am concerned as to if constant loose stools could be a sympton of this. I also have soreness and itchiness to my back passage. I have in the past been diagnosed as having hemoroid problems (piles) and have in the past had bleeding from the bottom although there has been no bleeding within my loose stools. can you possibly identify what could be casuing this?

Thankyou.
