What Is Causing Pain In Deep Ear?

Hi. I am 33 yrs old. I had sore throat with fever 38.4 for the second time in the last 3 weeks. I was prescribed erythromycin 400mg 2 bd for 7 days. I ahve taken it for 2 days now and i am experiencing severe ear pain. The ear pain feels deep inside and seems to be putting pressure on cheese inside. Please advise

It is refferd otagia as innervation of ear and throat are by same nerve as soon as throat is improved ear ache will be ok
