What Is Causing Severe Pelvic Pain?

20 yrs ago i had a partial hysterectomy due to endometriosis. I have an infected ingrown pubic hair and i think its causing severe pelvic pain and its hard for me to stand straight or walk, ibuprofen helps. I am a 6 year iris melanoma cancer survivor aswell. can an infected ingrown pubic hair cause abdominal pain?
