Hello and welcome to HCM, I am Dr Nilajkumar a consultant gynecologist and I will be helping you in your queries. The bleeding that you are experiencing now is not related to the c section or the tubectomy. The cause of this bleeding is most likely hormonal disturbances or may be fibroids or a condition called adenomyosis. You will need a gynec examination and an ultrasound to look for the cause and then the treatment will be decided accordingly. Do not worry as these are common issues that most women face at some point of time in their life. They can be treated. Hope this was helpful. Feel free to ask any further queries and I am here to help. Thanks for using HCM. Have a good day. Dr Nilajkumar Bagde Consultant Obstetrics and Gynecology
