What Is Causing Sudden Urge To Urinate But Passing Very Small Amount Of Urine With Blood?

Sudden urge to urinate.. When going to bathroom it s only a small amount, but I m having to use it quite often.. When urinating only a small very light amount of blood when I wipe.. No discomfort anywhere just sudden urge to urinate.. What could this be?

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have Over Active Bladder syndrome associated with cystitis.

Please get your routine urine test and urine culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.

Please take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefotaxime along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily.and later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.

Use of anti muscuranic drugs like Solifenacin would help to control urgency for urination.

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to drink more water.To keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.
