Hello,

I have been having pain in my left breast on the uper left side and a feeling of sudden tightness, also my hands and feet get very cold when that hapens.
I have Essenthial Throbocythemia (high platelet count) but my platelets are around 400.000 now and hemoglobin is at 9.9.
I am a 21 year old female treated with Hydroxyureia (chem).
The pain doesnt go away with diclofenac and lasts for several hours.
I had an echocardiogram done which was okay, also an electrocardiogram that was okay.
I would be very very happy if someone could help me please.
