Hello
Cervical sponylosis means pain in the neck region which usually refers to either side left or right in the arm.
In this condition cervical vertebra compresses nerves underlying it so patient feel pain in the arms and also in the neck because of pinching of nerves .
Maxillary and ethmoid are bones in the face and allergy due to any allergen ( as mold , dust , fine powder , hay , fumes , sudden rise and fall of temperature ) produces sinusitis ( sometimes infection may be the reason.).
LVH i.e. left ventricle hypertrophy is usually dilation of left ventricle in the heart and usually very common in this age group ( 55 years ) .
As far as concerned about the treatment , it is not possible to mention here.
So consult a physician and get his opinion .
