a friend of mine (male) did a test and was told that he has Gonorrhea. However when his partner went for a test, the vaginal fluid tested revealed negative results but they there was presence of epithelial cells. I really appreciate your concern, it is not the case that once the partner is negative then another partner should be negative too, and this is not the criteria for this, if he is positive for gonorrhoea then it is positive one and this can not be compare in this way, hope this information helps, take care.
