Neurologist 's  Response
Hello,

First of all, chronic diseases such as diabetes, autoimmune diseases such as SLE and atherosclerosis can cause microvascular ischemia.

Sometimes, the causes may be unknown such as Buerger"s disease.

Therefore, we should know the cause and treat it besides, taking aspirin 160 mg twice per day after meals to avoid thrombosis.

Pentoxifylline 400 g twice per day after meals can be helpful. The treatment of chronic diseases such as hypertension is crucial.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dr/Mustafa, Neurologist
