Please decipher this report breast mammogram there is a moderately dense pattern of breast parenchyma noted bilaterally and nodular mildly complex parenchymal pattern is present.intramammary lymph node lateral right breast is stable. left breast adjacent to the area of Scar is a new defined nodular density located in the upper middle to deep third of the left breast. right breast parenchymal findings are stable. complex nodule pattern of breast paenchyma is otherwise unchanged. there are no malignant calcifications. Briads0 return for sonogram
* The mammogram report is suggestive of parenchymal changes in breast architecture, which can be secondary to previous surgery, hormone imbalance, inflammation or others.
* As there is mention of scar, history of a surgery over breast must be there, so kindly provide previous surgery details (if possible with scanned copies of reports ) and current reports in follow up the conversation for best evaluation and guidelines in this case.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
