Brief Answer:
The CT scan report shows a suspicious lesion, which nature can be clarified by FNAC.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for using HCM.
The CT scan report shows a suspicious lesion which nature is essential to be clarified. This information can be gained only by performing a FNAC. It is the only procedure recommended in this case.
It is a minimally invasive procedure, performed under ecography guidance. It is safe and rare complications are reported. It is not painful, because the needle used is to thin and short.
You should interrupted any antiagregant therapy such as aspirin 24 hours before the procedure.
In case of anticoagulant treatment, the doctor should be informed.
You should test the INR, PT (coagulation indexes ) levels before FNAC.

Hope this is helpful.
