What Is Normal Heart Rate While Walking Or Getting Up From Where Sitting?

Is it normal for your heart rate to rise up after gettting up from where you sitting down?
I know the resting heart rate should be anything from 60-100. But whats normal heart rate while walking or getting up from where sitting?

Thanks for your query
Yes when you get up from sitting or lying position, your heart rate goes up, say from 70 per minute tp 80-85 per minute, and again comes back. With effort, your heart rate increased in proportion to the degree of the exercise, and also depends upon your athletic training.
