What Is Pore Like Thing Protruding From Skin On Nose Suggestive Of?
ok sure, I have it looks like on the left side of my nose an por of pores protruding from my skin it is not hugh but started growing there abot 5-6 years ago, when pick off or rubed off it comes pake it looks like a, two pimples covered underskin ???

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the kind of skin lesion with sudden on set or increasing in size gradually so it could be mole (Benign) may need surgery and biopsy as matter of fact as long as the skin lesions are concern clinical examination is the only way of diagnosis, hope this information helps.
