What Is Reason For Always Shaking Head And Blinking Eyes?

Yes, I have a question about head tremors. My boyfriend who is 33 shakes his head sideways as if he s saying no and blinks his eyes like a tic every now and then. He s never seen a doctor for this and has said it has become worse with his age and he s had it his whole life. Any advice as to what kind of doctor or testing he can do? And does this sound like Parkinsons disease?
