What Is Shown In My Blood Report?

Had lab work done and my TSH is .0.58 and my T4 and %3 are within range. My Chollesterol is 309 and Tryglyucerides are 877. My White blood cell count is 14.4 and Aboslute Neutrophiles are 8093 aboslute lymprocytrs are 5083 and absoluste monocytes are 1051. I'm not sure what the Neutrophils and that is and if my TSH level is low?

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Yes TSH is too low, but with normal T3 and T4 indicates possibly on treatment with pituitary problems. More details regarding treatment necessary.
2. Your lipid profile is too abnormal. The cholesterol and triglycerides levels are excessive. You need to be on medication and also you need to reduce weight along with moderate exercises and low fat nutritional diet.
3. You have leukocytosis. Differential leukocyte count is near normal. Not to worry. It will reduce.
