Hi,

Welcome to HCM.

The first three doses of vaccine is crucial so if one dose is missed there is no reason to worry. You can take a booster at 90th day. The schedule followed 0,3,7,14,28 days. This schedule is commonly used and injections are given intramuscular in deltoid or arm.
There is another schedule which is given intradermal, where 2 injections are given at two different sites per visit. This schedule does not include 14th day vaccination. The schedule is 0,3,7,28 days. So if your doctor has followed this schedule then you have not missed your vaccine dose.
Alcohol does not interfere with vaccine efficacy. Proper wound cleaning as soon as possible is also necessary. But as you have been given antirabies serum at the site of bite, the risk is reduced. This should be given within 24 hours of bite. I hope I have cleared all your doubts.
thanks.
