What Is The Alternative Treatment For Increased Sugar Level?
inspite of bzy daily routine, enough physical works, diet control i m having my blood sugar level high.i want to know the relation in between thyroid problem and increased blood sugar.since i don't want to take currently any medicines for increased sugar,what other alternatives can i follow?

regarding alternatives for blood sugar managment,you need to do exercise for minimum 30 min daily.
take low calorie diet in time....
you can try alternative medication like bitter guard juice daily 100 ml like a cup in morning
check your Hba1c also and let me know
