What Is The Best Approach For Me To Lose Weight Given My Habit Of Stress-related Snacking?
Good day, I am a 20-year-old female, with 0 health complications. I weigh 262.4lb and I would like to get to 180-200lb by September. I do not have a problem with eating plenty but I eat too little, maybe only once or twice a day and don t have specific times for eating. I snack a lot when I am stressed and I go to school. I prefer to eat snacks all day rather than eat food. I really want to get down to 180-200lbs. Please help me Height, Weight Height Weight 5 4 (162.56 cm) 262 lbs (118.84 kg)
It can sometimes be difficult to lose weight and as you mentioned, snacking when stressed, can occur, this is a problem for a lot of people. You may want to consider what you are snacking on, if you mainly snack at home, then make sure that the available snacks or drinks are healthy.
Also, if you do not have time to get solid meals that consider healthy shakes that you can carry with you during the day and would fill you and not be associated with weight gain. The use of the shakes may also help reduce the snacks. Try to substitute at least 3 unhealthy foods or drinks eg sodas may have 3 days worth of sugar, decreasing this would be helpful if this is a problem.
