hi iam 21 years old girl and i have problem of gaing weight as i didnt eat caloric foods and also doing exerxises but still i am not losing my weight and my bleeding during periods is also in less quantity so kindly plzzzz help me so that i lose my weight. thank you.
u need to do 2 hrs exercise like simple brisk walking. 1 hr exercise for what u have daily food intake calories and 1 hr exercize for what have already deposited calories. u wil definitely see d change. all d best.
