Best medicine is mifepristone followed by misoprostol under observation.
Mensoon tablet is herbal tablet and its does not cause successful abortion. That is the reason for abortion process is not started.
You should use gynecologist prescribed abortion pill under supervision after the confirming intrauterine pregnancy of less than week by USG.
Do not use at home as it cause serious complication.
Direction of use of abortion pill:
Day 1: 600 mg mifepristone orally
Day 3: misoprostol 400 ug vaginally (should be put high in vagina by gynecologist), if required another 400 ug after 4 hour.
Day 7: follow up visit
Day 14: USG should be required to confirm incomplete abortion
Abortion process will start 30-45 minutes after using misoprostol pill and will complete in 4-5 days.
Post abortion advice: rest for 48 hour, analgesic, healthy diet with iron and multi vitamin supplements, proper pelvic hygiene and check for foul smelling discharge to prevent infections.
