i am 28 years old and we will plan our family after 03 months.I have consulted a doctor. she asked me to take 5 mg of folvite medicine.As per the different health related sites,the amount suggested is 0.4 mg.I am apatient of hypothyroid.taking 100 mg of thyroid tablet daily.
Should i take 5 mg folvite tablet daily ?I guess this quantity is high .I am 75 kg now.
