What Is The Best Treatment For Clogged Throat With Two Lumps At The Back And Constant Dryness ?
I have two lumps at the back of my throat, and my throat feels constantly dry. And when I drink a glass of water it feels even more dry afterwards. I also have non stop mucus throughout the day which I have to cough up and spit out. Sometimes it gets so bad that I choke on my own mucus, I also struggle to breathe properly in the nose and throat and also have an ear infection which I am taking medication for, I think it could all be related as my ear nose and throat are always clogged. Please help, I am at the end of my tether with this I've been living with it for a long time now and it's just totally horrible to live with on a daily basis!

It could possibly due to be related to post nasal drip of discharge from Nasopharynx.
I would suggest that taking steam inhalation will provide the much needed relief.
