What Is The Best Treatment For Skin Reaction To Medicines?

Hi sir madam,
I got reaction in my skin due to some medicine one year back. Now skin at some parts like near chest and stomach has got black(3rd layer has got burned as one doctor suggested). I have consulted 3-4 skin specialists, some suggested me to go for laser therapy, some gave me some creams to apply, but i have not got any relief yet.

Request you to please suggest me, which treatment would be best..
