What Is The Black Bump On My Leg That Looks Like A Spider Bite ?

Theres a black bump on my leg that kind of looks like a spider bite , and when i squeeze it, black,hard, puss stuff comes out.its been there for about 10 months...what is it?

Hi, welcome to H.C.M.Forum, pain less swelling with discharge of black pus means may be osteomyelitis. you have to take xray, and culture sensitivity of the discharge and use suitable anaerobic, and aerobic antibiotics under the supervision of an orthopedic surgeon. thank you.
