What Is The Blood After Passing Stools?

I finished my cycle about 2 days ago and now when i wipe myself after urinating, there is blood. No blood in my undies during the day or when I sleep at night...only when I wipe after a bathroom break. What could this be. I recently had a tooth pulled and was taking antiobiotics, ibuprofen, and hydrocodone. No other meds and no other issues?
