What Is The Cause And How To Overcome The Sore Pain On My Knee?
Hello, I have a very sore pain in the corner of the back of my knee. It hurts very much. :( when I jump or run, it gets aggregated and I aburtly have to push my weight off of it. It hurts when I walk as well. In the process of the back of the knee hurtting, a sharp quick pain shoots up my leg and I feel it in my feet and foot. What can I do to help it, is this serious or can I ever get over this injury? What is this injury? What is it called? I have so much questions because it hurts.

take some analgesics and take rest for 3 days if still there get one x ray done check ligamnet taer there if there kindly go for phsiotherapy
