Hello,
This gum pain does not look that it is because of infection from gums, as you have tried a lot of remedies.
If tooth is chipped off and you are experiencing pain in the same region , it can be because of infection in the tooth , which has caused an abscess.
You should visit a dentist and get an x-ray done, as it will rule out the source of infection and the problem will be treated.
Thank you
Hope it will help you
