What Is The Cause For Back Pain After A Fusion Surgery In 2002?

Hi and thank you for your time. I had a fusion surgery on my L4/L5 back in 2002 and thing s didn t work out like i or the Dr. had planned. Recently i felt good enough to try some stretching and pull up s. After a few days of this i started having real bad pain in my lower back and butt as well as down both legs and in both feet and toe s. The pain can get quite intense at times, can you explain what might be going on please, again thank you Keith C. Bellefontaine, Ohio. PS. the pain is worse down the right side for some reason...

I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I could say that if you had a history of spinal surgery then it would be better for you to avoid the exercise, or before doing this you should have consult the surgeon and get your sled examined for fitness, now have rest for few weeks, take care and have a nice day.
