Hi, lymphnode near the ear can be because of infection in the scalp, ear, facial skin. There can be certain noninfective causes of this swelling and exact etiology can be found by getting an FNAC done. But before you symptoms point to an infective focus in the nose or paranasal sinus region. Please get an ENT examination done and if required an XRAY or CT scan PNS may be done. Steam inhalation and nasal decongestants may be tried before proceeding for the investigations. Regards
