What Is The Cause For Mild Chest Pain ?

I m a 28 yr. old female, weighing about 250 lbs, with a height of 5 3. Lately I ve been experiencing mild chest pains. I ve been treated for this before where too much stress was the culprit behind my chest pain. I was wondering if I should perceive the same thing and not worry. Or, should I seek the advice of a medical professional?

It wouldn;t be wise to attribute all chest pains to anxiety and stress. Better to get examined by a Doctor to make sure nothing is wrong organically especially if any trouble breathing as that can also cause trouble. Take your anti-anxiety medicines on time and try to relax. Do Yoga, Pranayam. Eat healthy and exercise everyday.
