What Is The Cause For Persistent Cold When On MAhacef?

I am having cold and fever repeatedly inspite o fconsulting doctor & taking all medicines. everyweek it is repeating. Doctor treated me with Neutral - 40, MAhacef plus, Freedol , Mohast

repeatedly he is giving same medicines. Till yesterday I was taking this medicine (for last 5 days), but today morning also I having cold again

Dear Friend.
Hi , I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.
It seems you are suffering from Allergic Rhinitis , here the antibiotics like Mahacef won't work.
You need to identify any allergen like dust , hay , cotton fibres and avoid them.
In stead of taking so many drugs , i would recommend a combination of Levocetrizine and Montelukast once a day for 15 days.
There are other ways also , some nasal sprays also , which are highly effective but i would recommend them only when i have your detailed history.
