Since 3 in the afternoon(yesterday) I had sharp pains in the suprasternal notch, up the right side of my neck (it hurts were I can feel pulses), and in the middle of my chest close but not quite to the diaphragm. I thought it might just be air trapped inside so I tried some home remedies in attempts to burp. This relieved the pain for awhile but when I lay down, I feel the sharp pain again. What could it be?
