As per your complain small skin like structure hanging from the anal opening seems to be anal skin tag that is an extension of skin in anal region and is not a sign of any serious illness.. It can occur secondary to haemorrhoids or anal fissures.. They commonly does not cause any discomfort but at times can become infected, inflamed and painful.. I would suggest you to consult a Proctologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like Anoscopy to rule out the exact underlying cause of the skin tag and treat you accordingly.. The most common treatment that is done is to remove the skin tag surgically under anaesthesia along with treatment of the underlying cause of the problem.. Lazers and cryotherapy [ freezing] are other treatment modalities that can be done to remove the skin tag.. Along with it you should take a diet rich in green leafy vegetables and fruits..
