What Is The Cause For Terrible Headaches,dizziness And Blurred Vision During 7 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

i am 28 yrs old and 7wks pregnant on my 2nd baby... i have been suffering with terrible headaches, dizzy spells, blurred vision and bad right hand side pain for the last few days... should i go to the hospital for a check up or what do you think it is
