What Is The Cause For The Pain In Scapula, Numbness In Hands And Shortness Of Breath?

Hello, I am 30 years old and for several month now I have been having a pain in my left side mostly increasing in the evenings and with rest, including pain under my left scapula and sometimes numbness in both hands in pinkies and adjacent finger to it, I have also experienced shortness of breath with the symptoms. I am a student and under a lot of pressure...
Would that be something that has to do with heart or neurological, like the way I sit or pinched nerves...?
Thank you

hi, you need a general examination to rule out problems in spine, lungs and heart. pain and numbness in hands could be a cervical spine related issue where as breathlessness may be related to general condition like anemia or a lung or cardiac problem. hope this helped.
