What Is The Cause For Troubles With The Bowel Movement At 37 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

I'm 37 weeks pregnant. I've lost my apatite for the most part and am having troubles with bowel movements in the last couple days.. It's been hard to breathe and feeling Neaseus lately and really bad heartburn.. Also my stomach gets really hard at times and is very uncomfortable and have a sore back.. Is this all normal or should I be concerned..? Anything I can do to make it go away?

Hello ma'am and welcome.

All of your symptoms are completely normal, increased gastric irritation and acid reflux is experienced by every pregnant woman and you luckily fall under the normal category as well. As for the back pain, your growing uterus and fetus has its own weight that all falls on the mid and lower back to carry.

So all you have to do is take as much rest as possible and be happy that you are healthy and so is your baby.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
