What Is The Cause Of Back Pain With Fever?

Yes, I am a 38 yo female who has been experiencing bi lateral back pain in my mid to upper back for the last day and a half. The pain began on Thursday after I played in the snow with my twin. Later that afternoon I had a fever of 100 and the back pain started. I have been taking extra strength Tylenol for the pain. I haven t had a fever except for the first day. What could the back pain be a symptom of?

back pain is due to exhaution you did by playing in the snow and fever might be due to temperature change in your body from sudden cold to heat and cold climate. some people get back pain with fever in exhaution. i would suggest you to meet your GP ASAP to confirm the diagnosis and you dont get any other complication. if pain doesnt resolve in couple of days
