What Is The Cause Of Black Spots In My Sputum?

Been producing black spotted (strips) in my sputum since the last week in November. I have taken erythromycin and augmentin to treat Strep pyrogenes and K.liebsella respectively. No cough. No fever. No weight loss or chest pain. Xray was negative. HIV negative. I live in Lagos, Nigeria

Notest isrequered. Only get sputom for AFB done. sputom should be collectedin night. Early morning test should be done forAFB.If itis negative no further test is requered.
