What Is The Cause Of Blocked Ear When On Kenacomb Drops?

my husband has had a blocked ear for about a week he has been to the doctor who gave him kenacomb drops
he went back this morning and the doctor said there is no infection what else could it be , he also hears like a ocean sound. please help.

Hi.
Has he been seen by an ENT Specialist with proper endoscopy of the ear ? Someone just putting in a torch light may not be in a position to tell the correct diagnosis.
The most probable cause for such a blockage and hearing like a ocean sound can be due to fluid accumulation inside the ear-drum / accumulation of wax touching the ear-drum. Stop Kenacomb drops. No drops can help and many times they can cause more blockage.
Please seek for an ENT examination to confirm diagnosis, as perfect diagnosis can only guide for a perfect treatment.
