What Is The Cause Of Blurred Vision And Black Outs?
I've been experiencing lots of blackouts, maybe 1-2 a week. I eat regularly and properly. I've been to the hospital about it and they can find anything. So today I went really hot and my vision went blurry and all I wanted to do was sleep. Any ideas what could be causing this?
Without more information on your age, medication regimen, and workups it is hard to say but in general the differential you describe can be anything from heart arrhythmias to seizures or TIA's though the latter is less likely if the frequency is as high as you state. You need to see your primary doctor who will likely run some blood work, check to make sure you are not running too low of a blood pressure due to medications or suffering from drug to drug interactions and if nothing is found send you either to cardiology or neurology. Depending on your age you could also be suffering the effects of orthostasis (low BP) due to occult or subclinical infections in your body (most commonly bladder). You are mentioning other things that are of some interest to this presentation but the basic workup needs to happen first and I don't want to speculate further without better information.
