What Is The Cause Of Burning Black Dots On The Inside Of My Mouth?

I have a tiny black dot on the inside of my mouth on both sides that burns sometimes worried it could be cancer.Have been using alot of mouthwash and just saw that it can cause cancer so now I'm really worried.Can anxiety be the problem? Another fear is that I smoke although only 3 or 4 a day and I know that's bad so please give me your opinion .

Thanks for the query,
You might be suffering from oral lichen planus.
It is an autoimmune condition and needs treatment with steroids.
Apply triamcinolone oral paste.
This will give you good relief.
If it persists, you can go for a biopsy to ascertain the cause.
Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
