What Is The Cause Of Chest Pain, Dizziness And Diarrhea?
I woke from sleep this morning with stomach cramping, actue diarrhea, dizziness/weakness, shaking and nausea. My pulse is 100, I tried a zofran and it's not providing relief. 2 of my 3 children have had a day of vomiting this week, however I'm currently wearing a 48 hour holter monitor and I'm unsure if this is a cardiac episode or a virus. I am not having chest pain but the dizziness/nausea worsens when I stand up.
