What Is The Cause Of Chest Pain?

Injected meth, why does my chest hurt the next day? Pain is moderate to severe and has lasted two days, and I am following standard sanitary injection practices, always boiled water and new needle.
maybe unrelated symptoms maybe not:
roof of mouth hurts when swallowing
occasional tingling on back of head/neck
sleeplessness
anxiety
occasional headaches

I also smoke 10 cigarettes a day

Hello dear, thanks for your question on HCM.
In my opinion we should first rule of cardiac cause for your chest pain because you are having following risk factors for cardiac disease.
1. Smoker
2. Intravenous drug abuser
So better to get done
1. Ecg
2. 2d echo
If both are normal then no need to worry for cardiac cause.
Anxiety can be the cause for your chest pain. So better to avoid stress and tension. Be relax and calm.
But better to quit smoking and injection as soon as possible.
They will only harm you. So stop them immediately.
