What Is The Cause Of Complete Lack Of Sleeping?

I HAVE A PROBLEM TO SLEEP, ALWAYS I KEEP MY LAPTOP IN FRONT OF ME AND I WILL DO MY WORK, EVEN IN THE MORNING ALSO I WONT SLEEP. ONLY AFTERNOON, AFTER COMPLETION OF MY LUNCH THEN I WILL GET HEAVY SLEEP OF 2HRS, BUT IT IS NOT POSSIABLE TO SLEEP IN THE OFFICE. DOCTOR PLEASE SUGGEST ME, NOW MY AGE IS 27, NOT MARRIED

I think the work stress is causing you sleep problems. You keep on working on laptop for long. This causes physical and mental stress which is leading you to suffer from disturbed sleep.
I would suggest you to mange your work timings, mantain a regular bedtime routine and practice relaxation exercises like deep breathing and meditation.
