What Is The Cause Of Cramping Between Shoulder Blades?
Hello,I have been for the past two weeks having a lot of cramping in my back between my shoulder blades. I thought it was acid reflux but its not coming up in my throat and irritating it like it usually do, so I was concerned about what may be causing the cramping between the shoulder blades and sometime i=under them?
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. It appears to be the muscular pain due to the cervical spondylosis, or defeciency of the calcium, or may be the gastric irritation, due to the irritant foods, or the peptic ulcer. I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment , you may need to have M.R.I. of the neck, and gastroscopy. Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods for fast recovery. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
